It’s all considered normal, expected - and maybe even a badge of honor.
But what happens when your child doesn’t want to go to college?
When they’re creative, curious, and capable but the classroom just isn’t their zone of genius?
There’s no real roadmap for that.
No “non-college prep” checklist.
No built-in structure helping them bridge the gap from high school to what’s next.
Until now.
My son graduated High School in May 2025, he knew he didn’t want to go to college so we created a blueprint that works for him!

My name is Cathy Tallone and I never finished college. For years, I walked in shame and unworthiness because of it.
I have always been drawn to the power of transformation - the way a single decision, a shift in belief, or a rewritten story can change the course of a life. My own journey has been one of reinvention, expansion, and deep self-discovery. I’ve lived many lives: from my early years immersed in hospitality, adventure and exploration, to building a career in the fine wine industry in NYC and Boston, to stepping into the world of intuitive healer - doula, massage therapist, Reiki Master - on to coaching women through transformation and now, leadership coaching teens (and parents) who don’t want to go to college.
Through every chapter, I’ve learned one undeniable truth - who we believe we are, shapes everything.
I’m not an expert in everything teenager, but I am an expert in hearing what’s behind their story. I help teens 16-20+ years old (and their parents) uncover their unique strengths, define what lights them up, and co-design a plan - a Blueprint - that fits who they are, not who they’re told to be.
My approach blends career coaching, mindset mentorship, and practical strategy to help teens identify real-world opportunities that align with their interests and values. And it works!
